After much anticipation our Design-A-Thon Day has arrived at St Bernadette's!
The Design-A-Thon provides students with the opportunity to utilise their creative and innovative skills, designing various sculptures, artworks and products.
The students involved had a blast and we're all looking forward to our next Design-A-Thon in 2018!

We visited Dashing Ducks today and were excited to reconnect with our little friends. Our Year 6 students read stories, played games and engaged in play learning activities. Not a bad way to spend some of the day! Looking forward to future visits 😃📖😎💡

700+ Unite for Project Compassion Big Water Walk
More than 700 students and staff from 23 schools across Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) came together for Caritas Australia’s Big Water Walk in support of Project Compassion. Beginning at Parramatta Park, students carried buckets of water along a 4km route, gaining a glimpse of the daily journey faced by people in developing communities, especially women and children, in search of clean water.

Today in 2W we had a very exciting Soft Toy Day! 🧸 This special reward was earned because 2W received the Giant Gem two weeks in a row, what an amazing effort! The classroom was full of smiles as students brought in their favourite toys to share. Their toys were the perfect learning buddies for the day and helped make our classroom extra fun. Well done 2W for your fantastic teamwork and behaviour, it was great to see how proudly everyone shared their special toys with their classmates!
